Applicants who fail to pass the prequalification shall not be eligible for bidding. If there are less than three applicants who have passed the prequalification, a new tender shall be invited.
Potential bidders or other interested parties who have objections to the prequalification documents shall submit them 2 days before the deadline for submitting prequalification application documents. The tenderee shall reply within 3 days from the date of receiving the objection; Before making a reply, the bidding activities shall be suspended.
